Ayurveda

Ayurveda is a 5,000-year-old system of natural healing that has its origins in the Vedic culture of India. Ayurveda is an Indian system of medicine. It’s the mother of all healing systems. “Ayurveda” is made up of the words “Ayur” and “Ved,” where “Ayur” means “life” and “Ved” means “knowledge.” Ayurveda means “knowledge of life” (the science of life in Sanskrit). Ayurveda primarily aims at the well-being of the patient. The herbal medicines will eliminate the medical problem or disease, as well as, rejuvenate the body and mind. Unlike most of the other treatment methods, Ayurvedic medicines don’t have any side effects.

Yoga

Yoga is mentioned in ayurvedic texts such as the Charaka Samhita. Yoga is important for dissolving physical stress and calming the mind before meditation, and is central to dinacharya, the ayurvedic routine. It is the ideal ayurvedic exercise, because it rejuvenates the body, improves digestion, and removes stress. Yoga helps increase strength in very specific muscles and muscle groups. Back and abdominal muscles are essential components of the muscular network of the spine, helping the body maintain proper upright posture and movement. When these muscles are well conditioned, back pain can be greatly reduced or avoided.

Panchakarma

Panchakarma means “five procedures” in Sanskrit. It is one of the most vital practises in Ayurveda, helping to clear out all the toxins in the body. In Ayurveda, it is considered to balance the doshas in our body known as “vata,” “pitta,” and “kapha.” When the doshas are out of balance, it means that there are a lot of toxins present in the body. Here, Panchakarma plays the role of balancing the doshas by removing the toxins from the body. Panchakarma not just purifies the body but also rejuvenates and builds up the immune system. It is one of the safest treatments and does not have any side effects.
